Belinda Butler Smith

Education:

Read History at Durham University then trained with Collyer Bristow in Holborn, qualifying in 1980.

Experience:

Belinda worked for several years at Collyer Bristow after qualifying, then following a move to Bristol worked for leading west country firm Burges Salmon for a number of years.  Belinda was one of the founding partners of Callaghans in 1990 and runs the Private Client Department, specialising in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection work.

By its nature, Belinda’s work involves her getting to know her clients and their family circumstances and she very much enjoys the personal contact that this entails.
