Companies Act 2006
The new Companies Act 2006 represents the biggest reform of company law and is the biggest piece of legislation ever - over 1300 section and 16 Schedules has undertaken.
Most of the Act is not in force. The Act will come into force over a period of time the important dates being:
  • October 2007
  • April 2008
  • October 2008
