Dipesh Dosani

Experience: Dipesh joined the firm in 2009 after gaining extensive commercial litigation experience including company and contractual disputes and enforcement in the E.U. He also specialised in Landlord and Tenant and Employment disputes for both employers and senior employees.

Prior to this, Dipesh gained valuable experience within the legal department of an international asset rental company based in Milton Keynes. His experience included significant commercial debt recovery and advice for his company, use of Insolvency Act procedures against third parties, and protection of Intellectual Property rights for his company.
