Ian Bradley

Experience:

Ian started his career in banking, then qualified as a solicitor in 1987.

Post-qualification posts at firms in London and Southampton led to Ian becoming Head of Property at a firm in Fleet from 1993 to 2007. He then joined the Callaghans Commercial Property Department in 2007.

Ian has specialised in property work since qualification and his experience includes:

• Freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions
• Representing mortgage lenders for both our clients, and third party borrowers
• Sale and purchase of non-corporate businesses with property issues
• Freehold and leasehold development projects
• Residential property transactions
