Read Law at Birmingham University

Experience:

Jerome completed his traineeship with a firm in Mayfair: two years after qualification he became a Partner with a small firm based in the City and Bristol, acting for large Plc clients and principally dealing with institutional shopping centre Leases and other Landlord and Tenant related issues and a range of commercial lending work. On moving out of London Jerome became the lead Property Partner of a firm in Guildford. 

In 1990 Jerome founded Callaghans. He has a very broad range of experience in commercial property transactions and including:-

Acquisitions and disposals of unincorporated business

Secured commercial lending

Residential Care Homes

Negotiation of commercial leases on behalf of Landlords and Tenants

Investment property acquisitions and disposals

He principally acts for Plc’s, small to medium size private companies and private investors.
