Corporate Group Assist Sale of International Business
02/10/2008 The Corporate Group at Callaghans recently acted for the shareholders of Evelogic Group Limited, a company based in Fleet, in connection with the sale of Evelogic to a US corporation for an undisclosed amount. Evelogic is an International System Management Specialist having business interests in Europe and Asia Pacific as well as the UK Partner, Murray Wells and Associate Solicitor, Varnava Zachariou ("Zac") have acted for Evelogic since its inception and were delighted to assist the shareholders on the sale of the company. Murray Wells said: "The transaction needed to be completed quickly in order to meet both vendor and purchaser expectations. This was particularly demanding given that we were dealing with a US purchaser who used US lawyers to negotiate and conclude the deal. We knew the client's business and their expectations and I am glad that we were able to assist in achieving their goals."
