We have recently added to our team of Lawyers: Edward Bond has joined the firm as an Associate and specialises in both Commercial and Employment Law and in the acquisition and sales of private companies and businesses. Mark Machray advises in the SME Sector on a range of Corporate and Commercial issues and through his network of contacts in the Corporate Finance World and within the Venture Capital, Private Equity and high net worth community, he is proactive of introducing finance and business opportunities to his clients : he has also joined the firm as an Associate. Peter Sturgess, who has previously practiced in Central London for many years, has joined the firm as a Practising Consultant and has brought with him a portfolio of residential and commercial property clients : in addition to acting in disposals and acquisitions he advises on Landlord and Tenant related matters, Leasehold Reform Act enfranchisements and lease extensions. He was the Honorary Secretary of the Federation of Private Residents Associations, which pioneered the legislation enabling long leaseholders of flats greater protection and control over the management of their buildings. The recruitment of all three strengthens and compliments the overall service that the firm offers to the local business community and it's private clients and enables the firm to offer specialist advice in areas often only serviced by larger firms .
