Callaghans support Paragon Consulting Group’s expansion into Asia Pacific
A leading Business Performance Management (BPM) consulting firm has expanded and strengthened its offerings in the Asia Pacific region. Paragon Consulting Group Limited, a UK based, privately held company with offices in the Middle East, has taken a 51% stake in Strategicapps Consulting Pte Ltd, a Singapore based privately held company. The new company will operate under the name Paragon Consulting Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. Callaghans represented Paragon Consulting Group Limited with a team headed by corporate partner Murray Wells. The deal is the first transaction that Murray has worked for Paragon under the Callaghans banner but he has provided corporate and commercial services to Paragon over the last 4-5 years which has aided the growth and positive development of the company. Paragon is a leading provider of full life cycle services for Business Performance Management (BPM). Paragon's services range from defining a Performance Management Roadmap through to project management, implementation and application management services. The depth and focus of Paragon's BPM application skills are unparalleled and supplemented with finance, information technology, business and process skills.
