Conveyancing Quality Scheme
Callaghans is in the process of applying to become a member of the newly launched Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the purpose of which is to provide a recognised quality standard for practices which undertake residential conveyancing. Achievement of membership involves demonstrating to the Law Society high standards of practice management, staff integrity, and the adherence to efficient and prudent conveyancing procedures, all of which is designed to create confidence in clients and lenders alike.
