Quality and Consistency - The Key to Success
Founded over twenty years ago our firm has an established and significant following of corporate and private clients whose expectation is to receive a prompt and highly professional delivery of service and a ready line of communication with experienced Lawyers and support staff. Our focus on quality of service, as opposed to the delivery of the cheapest service, is the key to our continued success together with our ability to retain clients and to attract a significant proportion of our new work from personal recommendation. The areas of law covered by the firm include: Commercial and Residential Property, Corporate, Employment, Commercial Litigation, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. The firm is structured on the basis of specialist Departments and from which there is then significant cross-fertilisation: we are generally able, therefore, to service all our clients' legal requirements. The firm is strategically located in Farnham to enable it to attract not only local work but also a significant amount of work from London, the Blackwater Valley and the M25 corridor: we have acted for a number of plc companies for many years and pride ourselves in the fact that we can, on the one hand, be handling very complex, demanding and time sensitive Corporate and Commercial Property transactions of high value, and on the other hand accommodate an equally important and thriving Private Client practice. We have a serviced office facility in Berkeley Square in London and can hold meetings there if more convenient for our clients. Quite rightly, clients are costs sensitive: we are well attuned to the levels of fees charged by London firms and some of our larger regional competitors and it is very apparent, from the feedback we get from our clients, that we offer an excellent service at competitive fee levels. A significant amount of our business is now conducted by email: this does not, however, in any way detract from our personal approach and our readiness to hold meetings at short notice with our clients either here, in the office, or elsewhere as appropriate. We would encourage you to browse the rest of our website and to contact us to discuss any of your legal requirements and, in the first instance, we would be very happy to have a preliminary meeting, free of charge, to assess the ways in which we can assist you or your business.
