Court of Protection And The Mental Health Act
If a client suffers a mental health problem we can act as Court approved Deputy or for the family member appointed as Deputy under the Mental Health Act. We can also make applications to the Court for the signing of Statutory Wills, in cases where a client suffering from a mental health problem, is unable to sign.
