Before joining Callaghans in 2009, Rebecca trained with one of the largest firms in Surrey, acting for corporate and commercial clients. Rebecca is experienced in mergers, acquisitions, disposals, share reconstructions, management buy-outs and corporate finance deals, acting for a range of clients including large financial institutions. Rebecca also advises on new business ventures, shareholders' agreements and partnership matters. Rebecca works alongside Murray Wells in our corporate department.
