The corporate group recently assisted the shareholders of Paragon Consulting Group Limited (a London based consultancy group) in the sale to PricewaterhouseCoopers. Murray Wells has acted for Paragon for several years and has advised on a wide variety of corporate, employment and commercial matters. During May to December 2009 Callaghans assisted with a number of matters relating to the sale, including due diligence, the acquisition of minority shareholdings in overseas subsidiaries, ancillary corporate advice and employment issues.
